Trying to add girlfriend do family account

Hello, i´ve just moved in with my girlfriend. I´m trying to add her to my family account, but the system says that the addresses doesn´t match. What do I do?

Hey there.

I'm afraid to say the Spotify Family Account restricts her from accessing your family account as she is not a family member. Furthermore, if this account doesn't belong to you in the first instance, it should only be used from a single house (not over 2 places, if you're sharing it with others in your family). Both of these are stipulated in the terms and conditions.

If she's a student however, the good news is she might be able to sign up for a student account depending which country you're in 🙂 I can help you in that regard if you need?
