Trying to change from UK to NZ payment, says card is not from a spotify country

Recently moved from the UK to NZ. I'm trying to update my subscription to my NZ bank card, however the web app won't let it proceed instead stating "It looks like your card is from a non-Spotify country. Spotify isn't available in your country yet. Change your location or choose a different payment method."

I know Spotify is available in NZ, and I know my bank card is from NZ. Why will it not let this process?
