My Question or Issue

 Hi! I signed up for Spotify through Fido, I had the Premium plan. My family wants me to get the Premium Family plan. However, when I try and switch on my Spotify profile, it tells me they can't do anything because I got it with Fido and to contact them. After trying to fix it through their support line, they said they couldn't change it to Family plan and that Spotify would have to do it. Then I managed to get a different Fido tech person and they said I had to terminate my plan with Fido. So I did that yesterday. However, on my profile, it still says I am on the Premium plan through Fido. How do I get the Family Plan!?
