Trying to change payment method but its not working

hi, i got an alert that my payment method had failed, i think that this is because it was an old credit card that has now expired.  Ive tried to change it to my new debit card both with visa as a payment method and then using paypal.  but it says processing and then then screen just goes blank - the Spotify header is there but no other content and i still keep getting a payment failed error when i log in.

Is something wrong with the site at the moment?  it happens on my laptop and on my iphone.

To change your payment method, we'd recommend checking this page on the support site.

 

If you're having difficulty with this, we'd recommend trying an incognito window or a different device when entering your payment details.
