Trying to end a family subscription

 

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to cancel a family subscription (using the master account that signed up for it). However it doesn't seem to end, I get this message - 

 

"Your plan will end on 12/5/18 and you will no longer have offline, ad-free music. At that time, family members will lose access to Premium."

 

That suggests the 12th May to me, unless only this message is formatted in the American format ?? .. either way it's the 5/12 today and the account is still active.

 

some help in how to wind up this subscription would be good.

Dates are in U.S. format indeed so your subscription will expire on the 5th of December. So that should've happened by now.
