Trying to subscribe

Trying to sub to Premium.

Country: Sweden

Device: Huawei P20 Pro

Operating System: Windows 10

 I tried to sub with the 9 kr for 3 months deal and enter my VISA which I opened to all internet purchases. I also have money on the card. But I keep getting this message "ERROR PAGE ."

What is the deal and how can I fix this?
