Trying to update my credit card detail for Premium

I have been trying many times now, my credit card (prepaid) works and is fully charged with money, but still, can not update my details. after filling all card details, I always get back to the starting payment screen.

What should I do?

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies?

Hello there, 

sorry I'm just seeing your reply now.

Yes I have tried to do it through my phone and laptop but none of them works.

I'm soon gonna lose my premium and will have to download my tunes all over again 😕
