Two accounts tied to one email address

I think I signed up for free spotify through facebook, and then set up premium through the web site.  Now when I try to acccess the account on my tablet I can only seem to access the free account, even though I have confirmation from spotify if my having the premium service.  The short of it is I now seem to have two accounts but can only access the free one that I set up through facebook.  My thoughts are that I need to cancel the free account but cannot find a way to do so....any advice?
