I unsubscribed from spotify two months ago, received a confirmation email, and still got charged for both months. I want to permanently delete all information from spotify and want a refund for both months. I had to make a new account just to solve this issue seeing as spotify doesn't have a customer service line. I am starting to lose all patience with spotify and would appreciate any help.
