Unable to Connect Premium with Hulu

My Question or Issue

I have been paying for a Premium subscription for a few months now. Recently, I have been receiving emails informing me that I now receive Hulu for free with my Premium. 

I am unable to connect my Premium with Hulu however. There is no activate Hulu section in my account overview tab and I also do not have an account services/subscriptions tabs within which I could also find the Hulu activation/connection link. 

Am I even eligble for this promotion? Is there something that I am missing?
