My Question or Issue

Hello, 

I purchased my premium account through Google Pay with my registered email ID yesterday. 

 

The payment was processed and money was debited from my account. But neither did I get an e-mail confirming my subscription nor the account status changed to premium. 

 

I logged out and logged in few times but no change. Checked my subscription page but it still shows free account, also checked if any other account is connected, but none were found. 

 

What should be my next course of action?

Could you check out this page here and see if the latest charge appears there?

 

If it doesn't, then I'd recommend going back to check and see if your Premium hasn't been applied to a secondary account. You can follow the steps in this support article to find it.
