My Question or Issue

I have been trying to cancel my premium subscription for the couple of hours to no avail. I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions correctly, and I have tried different web browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), but it always says that there's an error. I'd really like to cancel my subscription and I would be grateful for your help.

Sorry to hear this. 

 

Could you try clearing your cache to see if that helps? If you’re still having trouble, try using another device. 

 

Also, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Do you remember signing up for Premium using a third party (eg. iTunes, Mobile payment provider). If you did, you’ll need to log in from there and cancel your subscription.
