Unable to cancel premium account

Unable to cancel premium account

I registered online via Spotify and app shows premium. I am being charged premium and want to cancel go to free account, however when I go online, it shows my account as free so I’m unable to cancel. It should NOT be this difficult to cancel a subscription or have the option to talk to a live person To discuss this

Hope you're doing great! 

 

This might be happening because you're signed into two different accounts. Could you try checking out this guide on finding accounts?

Already did that and the funny thing is that I Only registered for one account how can I “suddenly” have two accounts

Thanks for your patience 🙂 

just to make sure, do the following:

  • Search for any Spotify receipts (just search for 'Spotify' in the whole email catalog) on all possible email addresses that you have, even if you don't think an email address has been used. 
  • Try logging in with Facebook on the account page instead of using username/email address. 
  • Reset the password with every possible email addresses you might've used here.
