Unable to change countries (Premium)

Hi,

 

I have recently moved from the UK to Australia and am looking at changing my country in my account settings.

 

I have followed the guidance:

But when I try to enter in my Australian bank card it states:

"Your payment method and country don't match.

To continue, change your account's location or use a different payment method."

 

Trying to update it in the "Edit profile" section isn't possible as it is greyed out - although as I'm a premium user I don't think this is the route they recommend.

 

I have tried cancelling my subscription with no joy (I subequently renewed). I have also used different browsers, different devices and cleared my cache all with no success.

 

I would be grateful if someone could assist.

Hey @Mollow,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

I'd suggest that you cancel your subscription, wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan, then update your country using the dropdown list and then re-subscribe to Premium using your new payment details.

I reached a similar conclusion. I've cancelled my premium and will sit out and wait for it to expire and then try again.
