Unable to change from Premium Family to Premium Student

My Question or Issue

I have received a confirmation email from SheerID that verifies my Student discount (received in October), but when I follow the link and press "Change plan" and choose the student premium plan, it just brings me to a page that says "Student discount available" and "Use your discount" without any options to complete the change... How do I change it?

Thanks for posting on Spotify community.

Take a look at this article. Probably, you'll need to cancel  and wait for your current Premium to end.
