Unable to change plan. Trying to upgrade account to Duo

My Question or IsIssue

Just back up to Spotify as I got 3 months free via Microsoft. I have added payment which is showing active.

I'm trying to upgrade to Duo to allow but it telling me I'm "Unable to change plan...." 

Please advise do I need to cancel first or what?

Could you try changing the plan from this link? Be advised that changing from a free Individual trial to a different plan will now require you to pay upfront for the new plan.
