I am unable to enrol into auto-renew plans. It shows auto renew plans are temporarily unavailable.

Based on the screenshot you sent, we believe you're located in India.

If this is the case, due to new banking regulations introduced in your region, our payment providers may be unable to process new recurring payments. We’re working on a fix as soon as we can, but it may take a while.

In the meantime, you can get Premium by making a one-time payment, or by purchasing our annual subscription.
