I'm trying to buy Premium with my debit card. However; whenever I do try to process it, I get the message, "Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support.". I tried this on two more different browsers, same issue. I also tried it in incognito mode, same issue as well. I also contacted my bank to make sure that the card was authorized to make online transactions.

Good job on the troubleshooting steps so far. Another important thing is making sure the card is open for recurring and foreign transactions. 

 

If you've checked all that, we can suggest waiting a few days in case there was a temporary error with your payment method.

 

Lastly, if it's possible for you, you can try using a different payment method.
