My Question or Issue
I have deactivated my old Spotify account as I wanted to start over fresh without having old recommendations. I created a new account (current one to post this) and linked it to my apple. When I tried 2 separate credit cards linked to the same bank account and my paypal both transactions were rejected. I am aware there is an issue with using the same payment credentials between accounts. Thought it would reset when I deactivated my old account. How do I proceed to get help to sort out this issue and have may payment approved and continue with my premium subscription? Thank you.
