My Question or Issue
I have deactivated my old Spotify account as I wanted to start over fresh without having old recommendations. I created a new account (current one to post this) and linked it to my apple. When I tried 2 separate credit cards linked to the same bank account and my paypal both transactions were rejected. I am aware there is an issue with using the same payment credentials between accounts. Thought it would reset when I deactivated my old account. How do I proceed to get help to sort out this issue and have may payment approved and continue with my premium subscription? Thank you.

Please let me know the exact error message that you're seeing when you attempt to upgrade to Premium 🙂
I mainly get this response.
The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support.
Sometimes I get the following.
The payment failed. Please try again later.
