Unable to join family plan

My partner has invited me to spotify
i've received the invite on my email but when ive gone to log into my account and follow the instructions in my email to log into my account and press redeem
the code i entered that was sent to my email isnt working it keeps saying its invalid    please help

Please note that all family members should be addressed under the same physical address for it to work properly.

After clarifying that, please ask the admin to send the invite using an incognito web page and you do the same when opening it as it tends to do the trick.
