Unable to join

Unable to join

I was removed from a family plan for no apparent reason.. i typed in the same exact address with the host but it says unable to join. Im mot sure why and why am i even kicked from the plan

We'd recommend checking the relevant steps in this article about the Premium for Family plan.

 

Try following them with an incognito window on a desktop device.

It sounds like you were unable to verify the address. Try joining the plan again using an incognito window to see if you have any trouble.
