My Question or Issue

 I'm trying to continue my subscription but when I put my card details in I get an error saying the card does not match my country  

 

The cards billing address is in Sweden as is my account  The card is issued by a European bank  The card is verified and able to do online payments worldwide 

 

Please do not suggest other payment methods and I have read the articles in the help center but there is nothing there that helps me

Have you tried subscribing in a incognito browsing session? 

If not, here’s how:

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Open a private session.
    Most browsers will open a private session if you press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac). If that doesn’t work, you should find the option to open a new private/incognito window in your browser’s menu bar.
  3. Open the web page in this private window.

We'd also like to mention that for your Swedish payment card to work on your Swedish account, you currently should be staying in Sweden.
