Hi everyone!

 

I have a simple issue where I am trying to purchase a Spotify Premium subscription with a card that is valid and active in my country (Greece). Unfortunately, I get a payment error: "Whoops, something went wrong. Try again or contact support".

 

All the steps in the help article didn't help unfortunately. I tried with different browsers, including the phone app. No luck either. To test the card, I purchased something from somewhere else, so I know it works.

 

What could be causing this? Is this perhaps an error with the system?

NVM guys, I retried a bit later and it worked!
