Hi 

Am recently under 30 day trial for premium when suddenly the music stop or on pause quite frequently.So i uninstalled and reinstalled.Then i was requested to key in my cards detail.but even after i did so i was not able to hear my selected misic.pls check n help

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
