Unable to re-verify student status

My Question or Issue

I was on a student account for the last year and am unable to verify that I am still a student. Can someone please help me understand how I can reverify? When i try to through spotify it says it is unable to verify that I am a student, yet I can send a photo of my student ID which shows that I am a student through 2023. Any advice would be much appreciated!
