Unable to redeem 1 Month Spotify Subscription

My Question or Issue

I have a problem here. Recently i bought 1 month of Spotify Subscription Card from 7Eleven in my area. When i tried to enter the code at Spotify Redeem site, it said "Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service.". I legitly bought it from 7Eleven and i have their receipt. Please help me. I can't live without music. Sorry for my grammar error. Student here.
