Unable to redeem Flipkart 3 months subscription

My Question or Issue

Hey there, I had made a purchase on flipkart on 21st October 2020 through which i received an offer of 3 months Spotify premium with last date of redemption as 15th may 2021, a message link was sent to me on 29 January 2021 but when i tried to redeem the offer through the link nothing happens, the link just direct me to flipkart with a loading sign appears for 5 second and flipkart window reamins open and thus I am unable to generate the coupon code.. 
Please help

it's a good idea to try redeeming the offer while using another browser.

We'd suggest you also check if the same thing happens when you try with another network.

In case there are no changes, you can send us a screenshot of what you're seeing. Just make sure to hide any private or sensitive info. We'll look into this further.
