My Question or Issue

I have an issue signing up for free trial premium.

 

I registered 2 weeks ago at spotify free. Now I wanted to sign up for the free trial  premium, but the system tells me that I'm not qualified because I already had  a premium subscription. 

As seen at the attachment, I've never had a premium subscription. Also I never had a free trial.

What happens when you subscribe to Premium here using a different browser or private window? Can you attach a screenshot of what you see so I can take a closer look?

When I try to sign up in a different browser or in a private window, I get the same failure message. 

It says I already had a free membership.

Thank you for the screenshot. 

Have you used your payment method on any of Spotify's services, even to pay for someone else's subscription or to use on a different Spotify account?

No, I've never used my payment method with any of spotify's services.

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
