Unable to start Premium free trial

I'm trying to start my 3-month Premium free trial, but when I enter my payment information, it says that I've already had a free trial on my account. Although I'm certain I've never had the free trial, I checked my receipts page just to make sure, and it is empty. I have never used my card for Premium either, so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! 

 

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

 

Lastly, keep in mind that you need to use a recurring payment method to get this subscription. You can also give it a shot with a different card if you have one available.
