Unable to subscribe to Spotify Premium Family

My Question or Issue

I am not able to subscribe to Premium Family plan. I tried subscribing by card. Please see attached the error message. It says I am not eligible for the plan. Kindly advise.

Could you give this link a try? That should allow you to subscribe for Premium Family.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

As a first step, could you try to subscribe to the family plan using an incognito tab of your browser, please? You can also try to subscribe to it using another device.

@Luan thank you for the reply. I tried the way you suggested. Same error message popped up. Is there another way?

Hi @Alex,

Appreciate the response.
The link works. However, it's for Premium Duo not Premium Family plan. I don't have problem subscribing to Premium Individual or Duo. The Family one is not working for me.

Thoughts?
