My Question or Issue

I've been trying to sign up for premium for a week now. More specifically, Duo. However every single time I try to subscribe, I get the same response:

 

Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support. 

 

After clicking the hyperlink, reading forums, browsing reddit and calling my bank. I can confirm one thing. It's most definitely not on my end.

 

I have more then one reoccurring charge on this card, enough money to handle the charge and then some, and my bank says the card is not locked or anything at all.

 

I've tried mobile, laptop, tablet, incognito, VPN, different browsers and an ungodly amount of time trying different combinations of the above with no success. I've even made a brand new spotify account and still... The same issue.

 

Help? At this point I'm better off sticking with Amazon Music Unlimited if I don't get a fix to this issue.
