You should be able to cancel your subscription by following these steps: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/.

Still can't cancel premium subscription. Globe as partner company refer me to Spotify to cancel subscription completely.

I've been trying to report this issue for 6 months now but still they can't fix it then refer me to spotify.

What are you seeing instead of the unsubscribe button? Is it greyed out or is there an error message when trying to click it?

Nothing in the app,just showing premium and my username. In regular web under subscription it will show:Spotify Premium
