Unable to update Premium subscription

Hi there!  I spent 45 minutes with your Help over chat last week and was assured by the end that my payment for the annual Premium subscription would go through.  Unfortunately, the same issue exists... Please advise, and thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
