Unable to use Debit

My Question or Issue

I have been a longtime Spotify user. I have always used a visadebit as my payment method. I recently switched banks and my new bank does not have visadebits, nor do I own a credit card. I do not use Paypal either. I am trying to update my payment method with my new debit card details (it says I can use debit) however, there is no security code on the debit card and it appears I cannot update my payment method without it. So, does this mean Spotify only accepts credit cards/visadebits or debit cards that are only associated with a Paypal account?
