Unable to use Spotify Citibank offer

My Question or Issue

I recently bought the Spotify premium subscription at ₹119 per month. This month I read about the offer where Spotify premium is being offered for a full year for only ₹699. I also received an offer from Citibank which said there is a ₹350 cashback when I purchase the annual subscription for ₹699. I am already paying for Spotify through my Citibank Credit Card.

When I try to upgrade my monthly plan to an annual plan through the Spotify website, I am only offered the ₹1189 plan.

Please let me know how I can upgrade to the annual plan by paying just ₹349 instead of ₹1189

Can you send me a screenshot of the yearly offer Spotify is offering? Also, can you send me the link to the Citibank offer you're mentioning? This allows me to check the link on my end and see what the offer is about.
