I just bought premium subscription from the promo offer for 3 months. Payment went through, got email confirmation but when I login to spotify I still see my account is just free and the premium now costs full price to buy - I lost the option to buy the 0.99e one.

My Question or Issue
I clicked the promo premium offer from email, proceeded to complete the payment but am still not getting premium. Spotify receipt for premium states the order ID, payment method etc. but "username" field is blank. I assume the payment didn't get connected to my account I use. Could anyone please look at this and assign the subscription I paid for to my account?
