Unlinked Spotify Premium from Fido, still can't change my plan?

I used to have my Spotify Premium subscription through Fido, however when i found out there were student discounts available i decided to switch my subscription, so i unlinked my spotify premium account from Fido. When i go to change my subscription option on my account it still says that my subscription is managed through Fido and i should contact them. Is there any way for me to change this? Thanks a bunch!
