Unlinked my facebook account

So because Spotiamp hijacked my spotify account i unlinked my facebook account from my spotify account. But at the same time i lost my premium account and my family account even i pay for them. How to fix this? I linked facebook account again but they were still gone.

And i noticed also that ALL of my playlists and subscribitons got cancelled. So i lost EVERYTHING from my spotify. Please tell me that there is a way to undo this. All i did was i unliked my facebook account so this is a big problem.
