Unwanted switch from family to premium

I am having problems with my family account. This month I've had problems with the payment because my card wasn't working. After resolving the issue I changed my payment method and paid for family. Today though I found out my subscription wasn't for Premium Family but just for premium because my linked accounts noticed that to me. If I upgrade to family will I be charged 14.99€ or just 5€ ? (as I had already paid 9.99€). And if I have to pay 14.99€ can I ask for a refund??

You can upgrade to Family for Premium now, you won't be charged now.

Please note, the next due date for your payment may a few days earlier though due to the price difference.
