Unwanted switch from yearly to monthly without notice

I was expecting my yearly subscription payment in December to be 99 EUR, but it seems like I have been switched back to monthly 9,99 EUR. This is an increase of my subscription price without any notice beforehand and I don't want this.

Could somebody please clear this up for me? It's also impossible to find an e-mail address of the support team so I have to discuss this issue publicly now. Very annoying.

Thanks for reaching out.

The 99€ offer was only available for a limited time in December of 2017. After the year was/is over, you get switched back onto the regular monthly Premium rate.

You can always get a yearly plan again here. 🙂
