Hi.

So I have premium duo subscription, but my last payment wasn't aplly and today I got information from my brother who used it with me that accounts are blocked, and I need to update my payment so I did it, but why it changed to individual premium ? I didn't choose that plan, cuz I had duo plan. I want to change it for duo but without paying again. 

Please help.
