My account was paused and I needed to enter a new payment method. When I did, instead of charging me for the premium subscription I've had for months, it automatically charged me $9.99 for a standard subscription (I was not given an option to choose what level of service). Can someone help me to remove that erroneous payment for standard so I can pay for premium? Trying to avoid paying and extra $10 to restore service for the whole family. I made the payment using the android app, if that helps.
