Updating Payment info with family membership

Updating Payment info with family membership

When I opened spotify today a message came up indicating I need to update my payment information, as shown in attachment 1. When I click the update payment button it brings me to a screen where I can update my payment info but appears to be signing up for a regular subscription and not my existing family membership. Is this correct, and if so how would I go about keeping my existing family members/membership and just updating my information?

Hey!

 

It looks like a glitch with Spotify not recognizing your Premium for Family service. Iw ould use your preferred browser instead and from your profile page you can update the information: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Hi. Everytime I add a family member, and they put their address, they would not be confirm spotify always say that we dont live in the same address. I dont whats happenning.
