Updating card information without upgrading subscription to Premium

My Question or Issue

How to I update my card info without changing my plan? Yeah, I know Unlimited is not available any more. For NEW users that is. I'm still on Unlimited, and always was, and I want to keep it that way. Whenever I try to change my card info I get upgraded to Premium. Any help with this?

Thanks for reaching out.

Spotify's Unlimited plan has been discontinued a long time ago.

This means that when you...

1. cancel your subscription and downgrade to the free plan
2. upgrade from Unlimited to Premium
3. need to update your payment method

...then you won't be able to keep the Unlimited plan and will never be able to go back to it again.
