Updating payment details not working

Hi! For some reason my premium ppayment isnt going through even though my card is the same and i have enough money in my account. When going to insert my card details in, the month tab isnt letting me open it and i cant enter the expiry month, which means i cant keep my premium. Can anyone help me?

Hey @lexiethelander,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
