Updating to student subs

Hi,

I think i paid the months standard fee then tried to get the student discount via Unidays website. I assumed there would be a credit issued but now i actually cannot get into my account at all, except the free playlists.

Hey @bigben70, welcome to the community!

Since Spotify Premium is paid for in advance, if you've been paying for the regular price, there won't be an adjustment after you add the student discount. It'll take effect on the payments going forward after you add it.

If you don't have access to the Premium account, try following this troubleshooting to check if you have multiple Spotify accounts. If so, you might be logging into the wrong one.
