We are Rogers customers and i just upgraded my daughters phone, she can no longer access her primum spotify....why???

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on when they try logging in? If they're not seeing their Premium features, ask them to log out and back in.
They can also check their subscription overview here to see if they're Premium.
If they show as Free, reach out to Rogers to get it sorted.
