My Question or Issue

I have had Premium Duo (prepaid for 12 months) with 130 days remaining. I wished to change my plan to Premium Family (prepaid for 12 months) and followed the payment process and was billed for the same.

But the account still reflects the Premium Duo and not the Premium Family plan. I assumed that Spotify would cancel my Duo plan, and upgrade it to the Family plan. But now I have been charged for the Family plan (prepaid for a year) but still can't access it. Rather my Duo plan that was set to expire has been extended for another year without being upgraded to Premium Family, even though the receipt clearly states Premium Family. How do I resolve this and retrieve the Premium Family Plan.

Thanks for the post.

 

It might take a few hours for the changes to take place. I'd recommend logging out and back into your Account page, to check if the plan type has updated to Premium Family.
