Upgrade to premium, cant process payment but still charged twice

Upgrade to premium, cant process payment but still charged twice

I've tried to buy premium but payment does not success and I received message from bank that I have been charged twice for this transaction, my account still in free plan.

I just had this happen to me as well.  Interested in the replies.  Sent an email to Spotify support still waiting on reply back.  

I can not find official email support from my country, hope problem will be solved soon.

Same problem for me. GOT a failmessage and charged 5 times due to me trying again! Hope they will sort this out fast! Couse I need the money! 

You and I both. I will let you know if they reply with a solution so that you can try it as well

Also happened to me. Tried different browsers, ingocnito mode, different cards. Now I have 5 different pending charges on each card I tried.
